How do you request a quote?
You submit a short business enquiry. The selected provider confirms availability, scope, and price. Start at the quote form.
- Name, work email, and facility name
- Tennessee ZIP code, or the location you need served
- Facility type, such as a dental office, veterinary clinic, medical practice, laboratory, or care facility
- Waste streams and approximate container volume
- Pickup preference and any sharps or pharmaceutical need
What changes the price?
Waste type, volume, container needs, pickup frequency, location, and included services can all change a quote. Ask each option to price the same scope so you can compare container supply, pickup, treatment, and paperwork together. Comparing disposal costs lists the contract questions.
What should you leave out?
Do not send patient information, prescription details, or medical records. Business contact details and a description of the service are enough to start.
Does a request book service?
A request does not guarantee coverage, change an existing contract, or schedule a pickup. Review the current contract before you switch. For an existing invoice or manifest, contact the company named on that document. This website does not hold former customer accounts.
Where can you read the rules first?
Read what regulated medical waste is and the Tennessee enquiry notes. The service guides cover medical waste, sharps, and pharmaceutical waste.
Official reference: EPA: Medical waste. Confirm requirements for your facility with your regulator and selected provider.
